CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Ab Blaster 30 minutes of pure abdominal work to tone, strengthen and develop your upper, lower, obliques and core abdominals muscles.
Aqua Aerobics Using the support of the water & working against its natural resistance, aqua is a great & safe way to enjoy an all over bodywork out. Non-swimmers welcome.
Fighting Fit A combination of all elements of boxing from skipping & sit-ups to hooks & jabs.
Circuits A fantastic all over bodywork out, combining resistance & cardio. Moving from station to station–not for the faint hearted!
Low Impact Aerobics A general all over low impact class for staying fit and toned.
Power Circuit Using heavier weights, all muscle groups will be pushed to their limits by working in time periods rather then reps and sets.
Salascise Combining Salsa & Aerobics it gets your mind working as well as your feet! Easy to follow routines, working the hips, tum, legs, bum and arms.
Step A full body workout base around a step, improves cardio and general all over toning.
Beginners Spin Great for those who have never spun before, a gentle introductory to the world of spin.
General Spin Improving cardio whilst burning fat & toning up those legs for all levels.
Intermediate Spin Picking up the pace for a more intense workout.
Advanced Spin For those who love a challenge & with a higher level of fitness.
Spin & Box Incorporating boxing sections achieving a more intense and varied workout.
